thoughts on baby doll shirts

I love the look of an empire waist on the baby doll shirts. I like the bottom of the shirt not to be to full though. It needs to look like a shirt not a shirt. I have a few, the high waist is tighter where I am the smallest and where I'm not so small,(the baby stomach) it the loose and flowie.
One thing about most of the shirts is they are usually low cut. I always have to were something underneath it. I want to start making little dickeys they are small pieces of fabric shaped in a triangle to wear with low cut shirts. So all the important parts don't show.
I'm also on the look out for a new pair of jeans. I really like the dark wash jean, it goes good with anything. I can't forget to wear my boots when I shop. I love the look of jeans and a high but not to high healed boot. I don't have a pair I really love right now, but I'm on the look out.
So this is my try at some fashion advice. I really don't know that much, but I really enjoy shopping and fashion.
One other thing. I bought a pair of ballerina shoes this summer. I didn't really like them, but everyone commented on them. They said they were really cute. So I would encourage you to try a pair on. They are defiantly comfortable. The pair I bought the soles where almost fabric. No rock climbing in those. I must admit I like the little toe cleavage ( I know it is not for everybody but) just try a pair on and see what you think.
Next week I will have an opinion on jewelry.

The gym

So Ren and I have been going to the gym, after I get the kids off. It has worked okay the 2 times we went. There were lots of ladies one time and they all loved him. Today I was the only one there. He loves playing with the big gym balls.

The deer are taking over our yard. Yes that is deer poop. It is all over the yard. I remember the days when we had to clean up the neighbors dog poop know it is the neighborhood deer poop. I guess there could be whose things.
Wes, Ren and I started planting bulb yesterday. We have a lot left but we got a few in the ground. Wes enjoyed playing with the camera when I was planting.

The line judge

I line judged again last night. It was a fun game. Basin came to town last night. Doug came to the game. That really suprised me. They went 5 games, it was a long night. I kept on telling him to go home and put the kids to bed but the game was to good. He said he wanted to make sure Greybull won.

The Teleford's

Mijken sent me a few pictures. Thought you would enjoy her new little red head.

She told me I needed to have a girl. I agreed with her. I wonder what it would be like.

number 21

Mijken with her lasted baby Claire is number 21 for my parents. She is number 10 girls. With Trish pregnant with a girl too, sounds like I'm going to have to come out of retirement, if we want the boys to stay in the lead.

It is picture day at school. So lots of hair combing this morning. Well lots more then normal.

I have a friend get married in West Yellowstone this weekend and really want to go. I'm trying to find a hotel. We will see how it goes.

The picture is the boys on the way to school this morning.

Monday Monday

We had a really nice Sunday. We went to Cowley ward for a mission farewell. They have a great ward, very friendly. Hopefully we will have a quiet day today. Kam doesn't have practice. That should be nice, but the neighbor lady needs some help in her yard, so Kam will be do that after school. Cole and Wyatt have practice today.
Aileena a new girl in our ward is going to stay the week with us. Her dad is out of town on business and the rest of her family hasn't moved in yet. So I have to wash sheet and toilets and all that good stuff.
Mijken should be having her baby today. She is a week over, but she likes to go naturally. She does a good job. I'm hoping to go down in a week or so and help her but I haven't heard for sure. Maybe we will go for the baby blessing.
I'm getting excited for the Nielson snowmobiling trip. It is still 3 months away but with the chill in the air it makes me excited. Send me any of your great cabin recipes, please. We Nielson's like to share the lasted new thing at the cabin.
Hope everyone has a great day.

Wed night fun

I finally put up Doug's diploma yesterday. His mom did a really good job of framing it.
I had YW's last night. We had a dinner and dance with the 55 and older in our ward. So pretty much everyone was invited. They had a nice slide show and the kids served the meal. It was a fun time for all.
These where the pictures on the camera this morning. Looks like Ren took Dad's helmet on a little ride. Or vise verse a. He looks a little top heavy.
I had a fun time line judging. No controversial calls, thank goodness.
Kam has his big game against his cousin today. I think we are more excited then he is. After the game he has his hunter safety test.
Cole and Wyatt have a game at 5:30 hopefully we will make it home in time for most of the game. Busy afternoon.
I took Wyatt to the doctor yesterday. He gets bad stomach aches. It has been happening for 6 months or so. The Dr. thinks it is stress related, because he doesn't have then in the summer. Just at school. After the Dr. we Wes, Ren, and I went to lunch with him. We had a fun time.

My new job

So I got a new job. Don't be overly impressed. I'm the new varsity volleyball line judge. I know, I know it is very exciting. The sports director called me last night and asked if I would like to. My first job is on tuesday night. I hope it goes okay.
Kam's teams lost again on saturday. They played Powell. They where are a really good team. He plays Cody on thursday and goes up against his cousin Braiden. We are excited to go and watch. Cole and Wyatt have a scrimmage that day also, they don't want to miss, so I will have to find a baby sitter.

Wes's art

Wes got home from school with some art projects.

Fridays

This is what I did all morning. Brownies for Kam's game tomorrow. I saw a good friend at the grocery store. Her husband is recovering for a serious accident and they are going to the coast for a month for treatment. They are renting a house a Oyster Bay. It will be good for the kids. They have 5 boys also. We have a fun wild time with them.

dentist

I had a dentist appointment yesterday. I have to get my wisdom tooth out. Luckily I just have one. (Not a lot of wisdom) I called Krista when I was in Cody and we went to lunch. It was so good. We went somewhere where are husbands would never take us. They had the best bean and tomato salad. It was fun to visit with Krista.

Wyatt and Cole had a football game last night. They played each other. Wyatt tackled Cole a few times. They had a fun time.

Cole is home with a sick stomach today. It is going around.
The picture is how I blog with Ren on my lap. Trying to get a letter in whenever he can. Sorry about the messy desk.

Billings

Grandma J and I are going to Billings today. Gma Strausser is coming home. We are picking her up at the airport. I have to get food for the ward party on wed.
Kam has a game today. I'm sad I'm going to miss it.
It is patriot day at school today. We had to find red, white, and blue clothes to wear. Kam started hunters safety yesterday. He gets home at 9 at night. He is as busy as me. Probably busier.

crazy morning

With snow on the mountain, Doug was up early this morning, trying to get a morning hunt in. Needless to say, the boys and I got a late start. The little boys missed the bus at the middle school. So Ren and I ran them to school. I went and got my blood work done. My new Doc is running some testes. Just the ones they always run. It got cold last night, 36' when we got up. I need to mow the lawn but the dew is to heavy.

the good old days

I found another picture I really liked. Kollin, Mijken, and Kiley. Saying, Hearing, and Seeing no evil

Thinking about Kollin

I love the things Sara's mom wrote about Kollin

Gerry Ogden, Sara’s Mother
When Sara told us she was going to marry a farm boy form Washington who loved big, fast trucks and NASCAR, the thought "really? Our Sara who likes to watch old English movies and reads a lot? Can this be right?" But if you have ever heard Kollin's imitation of Mr. Darcy from "Pride and Prejudice" and hear him criticize the women’s dresses in "Wives and Daughters," or hear Sara spout NASCAR lingo like "bump drafting" you know it is a match made in heaven. Gerry Ogden

Sara helped Luke write this

Luke Nielson, Kollin’s Son.
When my daddy was sick, his friend Phil sent him a toy. It was a cat loaded. And I thought it looked like it would be fun to play with. But my daddy said that his new loader wasn't to play with, just to look at. So I was confused when I looked in his room later and saw him playing with his new loader. My Momma said that, sometimes, big boys have a hard time sharing their toys just like little boys. I was sad because from the way my daddy looked, I was right, that loader was fun to play with.

Just missing him
Sara's brother make a web sight www.KollinNielson.com

Kollin

I got some news about Kollin today. The guy that killed him is pleading guilt. That is nice, Sara won't have to deal with it as much. Sara has asked everyone to come to the sentencing in Seattle. She get to have 3 speakers on Kollin's behalf. (I wish I could figure out how to change the view of this pictures.)

Kam first game

Kam has his first middle school game on saturday. He is the starting center for the 7th grade team. We are excited he made the 7th grade team because he is in 6th grade, and there are 41 kids on the team. Doug and Uncle Chris are some of the refs for the games. Doug is pretty confident he can call a fair game. Kam is sad because his game uniform is so big. But when you are a 6th grader you get the leftovers. I think he will manage. Well, have a good day.

Slide Show

I thought I was down loading fishing pictures, because all I have is number. So this was my best guess. Not quiet fishing. I had in the wrong disk. Sorry for the random pictures.

Busy morning

Ren and I are finishing up the peaches. I got about 21 quarts, and I froze a few bags. We are waiting for Wes to get home so we can go mow Kam's lawn down the street.
I applied for a job at the local gym. She will really have to work with me, because I will bring Ren most of the time. But I guess if she is desperate enough. She had surgery last week so I don't think I will hear from her very soon.
The fire on the mountain came down the face of it yesterday. It is crazy, I guess that canyon it is in has a lot of beadle kill so they are letting it burn. It will soon be to the bentonite hills and no more vegetation.

Playing in the dirt

We love having babies. Are big boy Ren is starting to talk. He sayes the boys names. Well, he yells the boys names.

Lots of apples are getting ready and he loves to go outside and eat them. Which is a hard thing because we sprayed them for worms. So we have to keep the apples off the grass.

It was 100' yesterday. To hot. The boys played outside all day. We had to start the sprinklers to keep them from getting heat stroke. They farmed all day.

Canning Time

We started to can this morning. Kam and Cole love to slip the skin on the peaches. Wyatt was disappointed to find all the work done by the time he notice what was going on. We did just the ripe peaches this morning. We canned about 8 jars.

I also made a batch of pepper jelly. I hope it turns out, it was pretty sweet and not very hot.

We where sad to miss the Cowboys game. But I don't like to go when it is so full. I'm used to having my 3 rows so my kids can spread out. And I can watch the game. We did watch it on tv. The bulb came in the nick of time.

Our town of Greybull was on the reality tv show Hogan knows best. So if you have never been to Greybull it shows pretty much the whole town, in 30 seconds. It was a cute show. It is on VH1. I think they have it on more then once, maybe you can catch it next time it is on.
