Thanksgiving Ideas

I have been on the computer all morning trying to find some cute idea to decorate my Thanksgiving table. I found this at the bakery when I went to Ron's. It is perfect! I think the kids can make them. I hope I can find some eyes at Walmart tomorrow.
He got a little smashed on the way home.

Weekend Report

We had a fun weekend. Doug and the big boys went to the cowboys game, it was the last game of the season. They had a great time, enjoyed seeing all our Laramie friends. They even got in a basketball game. It was a long Saturday, they left at 5:00 in the morning and got home about 1:30 in the morning.
We have an excited week. Larry and Keisha Johnson are coming to visit from Washington. They have 5 kids so the house will be full. It is going to be a great time!
I'm getting nervous about cooking Thanksgiving dinner all by my self. I decide to buy rolls, Doug isn't excited about that but I'm lazy. I need to call my sisters in law and get all my favorite recipes they usually make. Luckily, Larry and Keisha are easy keepers so it will not be a lot of pressure.
I get to go to the doctor on Tuesday for my yearly, and lots of grocery shopping. I hope Doug will come and help me.
We are planning a trip to Cody on Friday for Black Friday. We only have Walmart and Maurice's so we should be home in plenty of time. We hope we get up to the mountain for some snow fun on Friday also. The guys are planning a pheasant hunt on Saturday.
I heard my parents made it home, hopefully they still have a job and a house and a dog.
I need to start taking more pictures. I don't have anything exciting to show.

They must be related/storage room

The mostly finish product! It is great, unfortunately I'm filling it up really fast.

I have a new folding table and hanging bar. I told my dad the table was to small and he told me one batch of laundry would fit, hint, hint. I guess it is useful if a finish a whole batch of laundry at one time. We will see if that works.

Kiley has a picture of her boys crashed out just like this. I found Ren like this yesterday.

All most falling off the cliff!

These pictures are out of order. All most finished.
The dry wall is going up!

Grandpa has been working at my house this week.

The boys stayed home from school yesterday and helped build shelves.

I'm so excited to fill it up!!!

Measure twice cut once!

Can anyone say measure twice cut once. I can't believe it!
It is the perfect size for a King size. Well I think. We only measured it once.
I painted the boys dresser that is why there room looks so bad, and the fact that they haven't cleaned it in a while.

What I've been up too

Doug put the molding on the door/head board. It looks really good.

I painted Kam's room, it is suppost to be Stormy blue. It looks more blue and less stormy to me. I need to paint all the trim, white. I'm thinking about painting the doors white too.

I don't like the bedding, but it is going to take a trip to Billing to fix that. I don't love the bed either but it is on loan from the neighbor. It is pretty girlly

This is what the room used to look like.

Shout out to the 80's

I spent alot of time in the car today. So I got to enjoy the XM radio. I love the 80's channel. I heard this today, it was great. I still can see the tape cover, Tricia had it. We used to jam out to We built this City. I thought you might enjoy a little music throw back.

Kam had his last doctors appointment today. It went really well. No physical therapy and a new brace that I can almost afford. He can be in PE but no basketball.

The election results. Doug took 4th so no school broad. (there was only 3 open spots) He lost to 3rd place by 7 votes and 2nd by 8 votes. It was a really close election. While the top 4 where really close, the last 3 didn't get that many votes. I was glad he did as good as he did, but I'm really happy he didn't win.

I hope you like the music!!

Halloween night

Here's the whole crew, I think the houses we went to were a little surprised to see all of us.

There they are waiting for dark.

Renny decided he could wear a hat to trick or treat in.
We had a great night, the Cody cousins where saying with Grandma because there parents are in Mexico for a week. Grandma had a great party planned for after trick or treating. It was lots of fun.
We are headed to the dentist today, all 7 of us. They close the office because we use the whole afternoon. It is nice but you don't want our dentist bill. I think it was good planning on out part to go to the dentist for a cleaning after all that candy eating.
I'm not sure where my parents are, somewhere between Utah and Nebraska is my guess. They will be at Kiley's for a few weeks and then off to our house. We are excited to see them.
Doug, Kam and Laramie had a great time hunting pheasants on Saturday morning. Laramie did a good job bring the birds to them. If they could get her attention. She really needs a shock collar but they are $200. I can't believe that. She is going to have to have puppies to pay for all her expenses. It is still a year or so away but I'm excited to have puppies at our house.
Doug is starting to ref basketball starting this Tuesday. It is weird not having Kam play.
He had a great report card all A+ but Language Arts and it was an A. Everyone had great report cards this semester.
