Blessings come

Our family has been so blessed.  We had a rough weekend.  Expenses wise.
Wyatt drove the suburban down to pick the little boys up from the bus stop.  We where having a really bad wind storm and when Weston opened up the front door the wind grabbed the door and some how (easily way to explain) hyper extended the door.  Wes was able to shut the door with at his might, but the damage was done.  We couldn't get into the front door it was jammed.
We ended up taking the suburban over to the neighbors who is really good with cars.  He said we would have to take it to a body shop and they would have to take the front fender off and re ajust the door.  He guessed about a $300-$500 fix.
We also had a neighbor run into the cute light pole in our front yard.  It broke the pole off the cement block it was cemented into.  Doug had some ideals of how to fix it and asked our other neighbor if he had any idea as well.  He and Doug brained stormed and came up with a plan.  Doug stopped by Lowe's on the way home from work today and got the supplies to fix the pole.  He stopped by the Dodge dealership and asked them if they had seen the problem with the suburban door.  The mechanic at the dealership had a handmade tool he was able to fix the door in 10 minutes and send Doug on his way.
When we got home from work the light pole in our yard was standing tall again.  The neighbor had fixed it!
We are so blessed, I know these are simple things.  But they were important to us.  We have things like this happening everyday in our lives.  Blessing of paying our tithing and serving overs.  I wanted to remember this day. Today I saw blessing from my Heavenly Father plain and simple blessings.

92,000 people in one Hot Humid place!  It was awesome and sweaty!

We had the opportunity to look at UN for Kam.  It looks like a great place to get a medical degree.  If he was interested in medical school.  Not so great for Chemical Engineering.
