It's friday I need to blog

We had a really hard week. Well for me anyway. The bishop gave us a one week calling. We can't go to the store, bring in grocery into our home. WE HAVE TO LIVE OFF OUR FOOD STORAGE!! Yea that was my reaction. The week has been crazy busy. I had 2 eggs and 1 gallon of milk. Doug is really confident, "look at how easy this is." I saved the good stuff for him, like store bought bread, granola bars. He hasn't been home all week with starving kids. It is our first full week of no school, and our boys can put the food away.
We have also been busy mowing lots of yards. We picked up a few extra yards this week with people out of town.
I'm really excited for dinner tonight. I found an old pork roast in the bottom of the freezer. It didn't look that great, but at this point of the challenge. I'm starving. I'm so excited to have enchiladas without tortillas.
To top it all off we are supposed to speak in church about our experiences. I don't think Doug has very much information to go off of, but I do.
One good thing about the whole situation is I lost 3 lbs.
Hope everyone had a great week. I'm so excited to go to Cody! I'm dieing to eat a meal it didn't take 3 hours to prepare.

Weekend O fun

We had a busy weekend. Lots of yard work.

Over all we had a great weekend. The church breakfast was well attended we planned for 80 and there were 80 people there. We had a block party on monday night and that was really well attended also. They planned another one for the end of the summer. I was really surprised it was so successful. I got bit by a knat, on my eye lid. I look really bad. I'm trying to stay out of view for a few days. Tell the swelling goes down.

Doug made it home last night. He had a great time. Was glad he went. Until he got to work and saw the mess.

School year ending

Cole got the presidential award yesterday for maintain a 3.5 for 3 years and getting a 4 of higher on his PAWS testing. We had his middle school open house last night. He is getting ready for middle school. He is headed to Thermop today for swimming and a museum.
Wyatt and Doug are still in Yellowstone. It sounds like they are having a great time. Doug said it is a great group of adult this time and he is have a blast.
Weston went to a farm yesterday and had a hot dog roast. He had a great time also. We are headed to the park, for his picnic.
I think the weather is suppose to cool down today. We have been really hot into the 90's.
Kameron is worried about getting his last art project done. He is really struggling, he got a low B on his pinata this week. I don't know how they can grade art. I thought "No child left behind" would make up for his lack of artisticness. (don't think that is a word) not in this case. He is working on a Peace poster now. It can't have any words. I have been helping color it. Hope he can pull a good enough grade to keep him at a 4.0. I guess we will know soon.

And they are off

Doug and Wyatt left for Yellowstone this morning. They where really excited. Doug took the camera so I won't have pictures this week. I have been to the school 3 times today. It must be the last days for school. The last trip was to drop off cupcakes for Cole's teacher. He had a birthday.
We had a great weekend, the Casey's where all in town and it was great to see them. Graduation was on sunday, we had a fun visit at all the parties. I'm going to be at the schools again tomorrow Cole is getting an award. Kameron's award ceremony is on wednesday. It should be a busy week. We have a primary party this week. A ward party that Doug is in charge of so that means I have to do a lot of work for it.
It is getting hot 92 outside right now. I have to get my garden planted. I have one role of potatoes in. That is all. I can't find any starts I want to buy. I better get serious about this.

Busy day and Kollin's birthday

It is Kollin's birthday today, I miss you little brother.


Luckily I have a busy day today. Wyatt, Ren and I are off to Cody. Wyatt is getting his spreader taken out and a new smaller one put in. His first appointment is at 11 and second is a 2:30. We will be in Cody all day.
We all went to the dentist yesterday. We have been so spoiled with on cavities for so long is was a rude awaking. Six cavities, Ren has one, Wes has one, I have a chipped felling and Doug has 3 cavities. Isn't it crazy.
Wyatt and Doug and getting ready for the Yellowstone trip next week. Kam has an over nighter on friday. Doug feels like he should go, he always liked it when his dad went on the camp out with him. I want him to stay home and work on the house. He just has so little time.
We got home from the dentist around 6 yesterday. He roadatiled the garden and went and practiced with his bow. He still got home at 8:30- 9.
Well I better get moving, lots to do before 10 this morning.
